TAGLINE

There is no such thing like a free meal.

SYNOPSIS

A local gangster dreams of being in the Sopranos. We take a trip round his manor and watch him at work.

However he isn't as 'in-control' as he would like us to
think.

BACKGROUND

Six Tenners and a Soprano asks the question 'Is there such a thing as a free meal?'

Billy Brackstone, local villain thinks there is. Kim, his missus, isn't so sure. Billy thinks he's Jack the Lad but looks more like Coco the Clown in this large as life comedy.

Billy Brackstone eats, lives and breathes the Sopranos. The problem is he lives on a council estate in Hartlepool not New York. He is king of his manor though he is frightened deep down of his 'queen', his long suffering missus, Kim. He needs her because he cannot read and write very well and she needs him because he's a good provider - normally.

Things go downhill for the couple when a free meal is offered in unusual circumstances and they accept the invitation. The meal is enjoyable enough but something unpalatable emerges when they return to their 'little council house palace. They find someone is out to make life difficult for them - very difficult. We eventually realise that behind every 'successful' man there probably lies a surprised woman.
